Returns & Refunds Policy – FitGum

 

Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • Return Conditions To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging (even if opened)

  • Contain at least 35 chewing gums per returned pack

  • Your order number

  • Only one pack should be opened from an order containing multiple packs of FitGum

Return Request 

Before any return, contact us at contact@fitgum.co providing:

  • The reason for the return

  • A short explanation of your dissatisfaction



To initiate a return, please contact us at: contact@fitgum.co.

If your return is accepted, we can provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Fees

 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We can provide you with a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the final refund. You can also choose to ship the item using your own means, with a recommended tracking number.


Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


30-day cooling-off period for the European Union

 Notwithstanding the above, si your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, the product must be in its original packaging with at least 10 chewing gums remaining, and return shipping costs remain your responsibility.


Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
